Welcome to Urben House Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Urben House Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as per the customer’s booking details. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other specialized services upon request.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or through our official booking platform.
- We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on the type of service, size of the area, and frequency of cleaning.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.
- Please ensure pets are secured during the cleaning appointment.
- Access to electricity and running water is required.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
- No refunds for services already rendered.
- In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a resolution.
6. Liability
- While we take utmost care during cleaning, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or accidents due to unsafe conditions.
- We carry public liability insurance for your protection.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official communication channels.
